- Q:I have already asked this question two times before, but so far have not received a satisfactory answer. I'm thinking of ordering parts number PT228-69045 from your website. However, I can't say from the product description if it includes a converter and ball mount. The previous answer I received was "Per the VIN provided DIO: Tow hitch kit includes 4 pin flat wire harness. Vehicles without Tow Package will require a converter box to complete the installation. Hitch has a 2 inch receiver opening. PPO: DH includes a converter and ball mount - Up to 3,500lb tow rating with Factory Tow Package. Refer to Toyota Owner's Guide for Specific Towing Information."
