I wanted to ensure this part will replace the cover I have now and it will look truly like the picture displayed with the indented arrow in the middle of the tire cover. I also need it in the Everglade Metallic color and it must be size 17. My old cover snapped on my vehicle. How does this cover attach to the tire. Also is this part returnable if its not what I'm looking for and how much is the shipping to Roseville, Ca.
