Processing time generally takes up to 5 business days once our facility takes delivery of the authorized return. Sometimes, the authorized return may take longer to be thoroughly inspected and processed. Once the authorized return goes through inspection, it typically takes the card issuer 2-3 business days to post the funds back on the statement. Sometimes, banks may need additional time to process the refund due to their policies.
To be eligible for a refund, returns must meet all of the following standards:
1. The items still have the original manufacturer packaging or box.
2. The original manufacturer packaging or box must not be damaged.
3. The genuine label with the barcode must be intact.
4. The items are not used or have been installed and are in a resalable condition.
All refunds will be credited back to the customer's original credit or debit card used. If you do not receive credit after 2 weeks from the return date, you can reach out to our customer service agents by phone, email or live chat for an update on your return.
